Shakshuka
This is a popular dish with roots in Turkey. Fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, and seasoning are sautéed and reduced into a sauce-like mixture. Two eggs are then cracked on top, and the entire pot is placed into the oven to bake. This savory dish is served on a hot plate.
